I would not recommend working for this company to anyone. Unfortunately, there is a serious problem with bullying and a complete lack of respect in the workplace. People do not seem to know how to treat their colleagues professionally. Managers shout at employees, insult them, and create a very unpleasant and stressful working environment. It is not surprising that many people do not stay for long — they simply leave because they cannot tolerate the way they are treated. What is especially concerning is that nobody seems to take responsibility for addressing this behaviour or preventing it from continuing. From the bottom of my heart, I genuinely do not recommend working here.
