Welcome to Work Uncovered. By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or submitting a review, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose of Work Uncovered

Work Uncovered is a platform where users can share reviews and experiences about companies and courses.

The purpose of the platform is to allow users to share genuine experiences that may help others make more informed decisions.

2. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features or submit content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account.

3. Anonymous Reviews

Reviews are intended to be displayed publicly without showing the reviewer’s username, email address or account identity.

However, anonymity does not remove your responsibility for the content you submit.

You must not include your own personal information or personal information about other identifiable individuals in a review.

4. Rules for Reviews

Reviews must be based on your own genuine experience with the company or course being reviewed.

When submitting a review, you agree not to:

• submit fabricated or intentionally misleading reviews;
• impersonate another person;
• publish personal or confidential information about another person;
• publish phone numbers, private email addresses, home addresses or other unnecessary identifying information;
• make threats or encourage violence or illegal activity;
• submit discriminatory, hateful, harassing or abusive content;
• publish spam, advertisements or unrelated promotional material;
• submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights;
• use Work Uncovered to deliberately manipulate the reputation or rating of a company or course.

Reviews may be critical or negative. A negative opinion or description of a negative experience is not prohibited merely because the company or course disagrees with it.

5. Moderation

Reviews may be reviewed before publication.

Work Uncovered may approve, reject, edit for technical or formatting purposes, restrict or remove content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or third parties, comply with legal requirements, or maintain the integrity of the platform.

Work Uncovered is not required to publish every submitted review.

6. Reporting Content

Users, companies, course providers and other affected persons may report a review they believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

A report does not automatically result in removal. Reported content may be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken depending on the circumstances.

7. User-Generated Content

Reviews and other submissions are created by users.

The opinions expressed in reviews belong to the individual users who submitted them and do not necessarily represent the views of Work Uncovered.

Work Uncovered does not guarantee that every statement contained in a user review is complete, accurate or suitable for every purpose.

8. Rights to Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content to Work Uncovered, you grant Work Uncovered a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and make the content available as necessary to operate and promote the platform.

9. Companies and Course Providers

The appearance of a company or course on Work Uncovered does not mean that the company, course provider or organisation has created, approved, sponsored or endorsed its page or the reviews appearing on it.

Company and course pages may be created automatically as a result of user submissions.

10. Removal of Content

Work Uncovered may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law or the rights of others.

We may also remove duplicate content, spam, fraudulent submissions or content that appears to be part of an attempt to manipulate ratings.

11. Availability of the Website

We aim to keep Work Uncovered available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued where necessary.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Work Uncovered is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of user-generated reviews or for losses resulting from reliance on individual user opinions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Privacy and Cookies

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Information about the use of cookies and similar technologies is provided in our Cookie Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time as Work Uncovered develops or legal requirements change.
